The cleanest route is one relaxed full story playthrough with room sweeps, then chapter-select cleanup for mini-game or interaction misses.
1. Start room completion immediately

2. Grab early skill trophies during memory chapters

3. Finish the story before deep cleanup

Most one-off activity achievements can be replayed quickly. The interaction trophy is the one that benefits from disciplined tracking because it spans multiple hub sections and optional dialogue.
Useful habit: if a dot is still solid, interact. If it is hollow or gone, move on.
